Formally, the company that is based on Sunnyvale, California rejected the Microsoft offer yesterday.

Yahoo told that the offer is not right because the price is undervalued the normal price. Analyst told that Yahoo ask the offer amount for US$ 56 billions or US$ 40 per stock unit.

In last February 1st, Microsoft offers US$ per stock unit. Actually Yahoo stock has reached US$ per stock in last October 2007.

According to the source of Wall Street Journal, Yahoo management stated that the offer is too low beside the offer may be rejected by the Government Regulator Against Monopoly. Yahoo board of directors sure that the Microsoft offer only the way of the company to steal Yahoo.

In the other place, Google which is suspected involving in the acquisition rejection have no statement for that Yahoo formal decision.
