After watching the action of Microsoft that trying to make acquisition on Yahoo, Google fight back and report the action to the international court in monopoly issue. Google accused that Microsoft is trying to monopolize the online advertising world like they do on popular  Operating System (OS), Windows. Google stated that Microsoft is trying to use their power as the largest market share company in Computer OS.

But Microsoft stand back against Google statement. Microsoft said that the acquisition will make the competition going to equal place. Without the acquisition, Microsoft can not make equalizer to Google domination in network advertising.

Google CEO even has contacted Jerry Yang,  the CEO of Yahoo and discuss about it. Google also offers help for Yahoo to get the way out solution from its financial problem. The issue is going to the hotter condition, and let we wait for the ending of the biggest drama in this year, Which one, Google or Microsoft will win the competition?
