While Google busy with knol development, Microsoft still struggling for buy Yahoo. Based on the rejection at the first attempt, Microsoft is still curious about buying Yahoo. Microsoft doesn’t give up after the first rejection.

According to New York Times on Tuesday edition, it reports that Microsoft, located on Redmond, Washington is preparing proxy war. What it is? Proxy war is the indirect war that used the third party. Microsoft hires consultant named Innisfree M & A Inc. for helping them to kick out 10 members of Yahoo board of directors. This effort is predicted need about 20 - 30 millions dollar.

Microsoft plays cleverly and smoothly. The offers interesting money about premium price over the Yahoo’s normal stock price. Last week, Yahoo rejected Microsoft because they think the offer is too low, less than normal value. Microsoft only offers US$ 31 per stock unit while Yahoo directors estimate about US$ 40 per stock unit.
