Bill Gates, the founder and CEO of Microsoft Inc are planning to offer Yahoo Inc an acquisition. He offers US$ 42 Billions (about Rp 386,4 Trillion).

Bill has ambition to defeat Google Inc as the most popular search engine portal in the world. The offer is supported by the condition of Yahoo Inc which the business is going to slow down than before. So, Yahoo has financial problem right now. The highest offer for Yahoo from Microsoft Inc is US$ 44,6 Billions (about Rp 410,3 Trillion).

Yahoo has been in financial problem situation because of its bad management system. Behind the expansion plan of the CEO, many expert in internet told that the acquisition will not defeat Google to be the biggest search engine and online business. The market share of Google is 58 % higher than the sum of Microsoft and Yahoo market share in 33 %.
